Not sure how this should look, but when onUpdateScore in mHandler is triggered, just render the current score

That might be a bit tougher to do actually since the number of teams is not limited. We could have scores right outside the circle or on the circle border (though this would take a bit to calculate), but even then if we have, say, 20 teams, things would get ugly.

I'll file an issue about capping teams, and we can discuss that there.
