Hovering over "leave" and quickly moving the mouse out doesn't trigger hover out #24

This is actually pretty annoying. Hover over your own user arc. Then hover precisely over "Leave" and quickly take your mouse out of the arc while keeping it over "Leave." The hover out event isn't called, and the arc is stuck on leave.

I've almost fixed this issue, but I'm noting it down so I can refer to it in the commit and so it's easy to see how it can be fixed in the future.

Ignore the first commit that closed this issue. Accidentally added a few other things in that commit.
