Fix #48 - Codemirror z-index correction #52

The z-index of YUI drop-down menus is 2 by default and default codemirror CSS lets

 element share that z-index layer. By moving  to 1 the overlay effect is fixed. I have so far not noticed any detrimental side effects on codemirror internal functionality.
