Wrap-up multiple nodes into a custom node #16

I created a sample of this in https://github.com/share-research/share-red-flows/blob/master/harvest-flows/crossref-flow-w-subflow.json where I was able to create a subflow. The process is fairly simple where you select nodes to wrap-up and then go to the menu and select Menu->Subflows->Selection to Subflow screen shot 2018-12-04 at 11 39 00 am
