HackRF One r9 support #187

This adds support for r9, the latest hardware revision of HackRF One. Major changes in r9 can be seen here: https://github.com/greatscottgadgets/hackrf/pull/1215

HackRF One hardware revision is detected at run time.
We introduce an abstraction layer for MAX2837 and MAX2839.
Firmware binaries are tagged with an info structure that is used by hackrf_spiflash to check hardware/firmware compatibility.

Additionally, for all platforms:

Work around a GCC 10 compatibility problem.
Store and display the correct internal (HackRF) crystal frequency.
Narrow the IF tuning range to match recent changes in HackRF firmware based on observations of units in the field.
