Indicate baseband saturation somehow #19

Feedback on bad gain structure is always handy. Previously, I was using the red LED, but took that code out. This needs further/better thought.

The baseband code should be reviewed to see if saturation is flagged at all possible places. I feel like it's not...

Perhaps a rapid (4-5) PPS flash on the RX LED to indicate overloaded gain stages...?

I suppose blinking the LED associated with the overdriven 'stage' (TX/RX) is the proper method to avoid confusion. However... My understanding is that the USB LED is inert during PP H1 use. Perhaps it could be a general fault light.
