Style maps by computed quantile

All bins or streets in the maps are styled the same, so users can't tell where the hot spots are when they're using the web interface. Can we bring back the styling from the previous MM iteration?

• all feature's quantile calculated based on other features in query group
• quantile is deleted before exporting, to avoid data mess when using in GIS
• flows are styled by width; may continue to tweak this down the line for better differentiation, but it's a start
• colorbrewer was used for graduated color ramps on streets and hex bins; colorblind accessible!
• labels over data, improving on old styling for better clarity
