This issue tracks the new fleet tracker feature I've been working on. This adds a new aggregation across a fleet with the number of active vehicles per 15 minute window of the day. In the UI, there is now a chart that allows you visualize fleet size over time per provider. I will update the public demo shortly to reflect the new features and gather feedback.

This was implemented for v2.0.0. Stats are aggregated for fleet size breakdown of reserved, available, and unavailable vehicles over the day using the status_changes provider feed. Below is an example using simulated data in Nashville, TN.
