running jar like in example creates empty directory #19

When I run the builder-jar like in the provided example, on pbf-files generated by the sharedstreets-matcher, a lot of lines appear in the terminal (see example below), but no files are created in the designated output directory. What could be the reason for this? How can I fix this?

Sample of terminal output:

02/13/2019 10:22:16 DataSink (io.sharedstreets.tools.builder.tiles.ProtoTileOutputFormat@275710fc)(1/8) switched to SCHEDULED 02/13/2019 10:22:16 DataSink (io.sharedstreets.tools.builder.tiles.ProtoTileOutputFormat@275710fc)(1/8) switched to DEPLOYING 02/13/2019 10:22:16 Partition(1/8) switched to FINISHED 02/13/2019 10:22:16 DataSink (io.sharedstreets.tools.builder.tiles.ProtoTileOutputFormat@275710fc)(5/8) switched to RUNNING 02/13/2019 10:22:16 DataSink (io.sharedstreets.tools.builder.tiles.ProtoTileOutputFormat@275710fc)(2/8) switched to RUNNING 02/13/2019 10:22:16 DataSink (io.sharedstreets.tools.builder.tiles.ProtoTileOutputFormat@6b53e23f)(3/8) switched to RUNNING

builder-jar is not intended to be run on pdf-files created by sharedstreets-matcher, but on OSM-pbf files to extract SharedStreets tiles, which themselves serve as input to sharedstreets-matcher.
