Update Pedestal version 0.5.0 -> 0.5.1 #29

Update to latest Pedestal version. Latest pedestal depends on newer transit which seemed to fix the problem msgpack + UUID parsing. 0.5.1 is also in use with Discovery already so we should follow in any case.
