This is still a work-in-progress. It doesn't build yet.

This pull request removed the SimplePublisher dependency and replaces it with a standard Combine.PassthroughSubject. The project doesn't build yet because the errors sometimes don't match up. This should be relatively easy to solve.

I'm going to close this and merge your work over into my branch so we have one branch with our combined work.
