Can not change application path #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add application
2. Go to Edit/Application settings menu
3. Try to change application path

The field "Application Path" is disabled for change. 

Running revision 9 on Ubuntu 10.04 32bit.

I found I could do this by changing the content of "path =" in the file:
google_appengine_projects.ini
which for me as a win7 user was in:
c:\users\myname\google\google_appengine_projects.ini

Seems like this problem is back in release 1.9.15 in Windows 7 (at least this 
is the first time i noticed it in the last few updates).  Fix worked for me.
