We had thought about this idea years ago (which was why we created the weighted tree the way we did), but we haven't revisited it; stepan makarenko brought the idea back up in the sq1 discord.
basically, once we finish #14 (which recommends a single parent for each case), it shouldn't (tm) be difficult to then rebuild the OBL tree, but only keeping the edges recommended in the tutorial.
A stretch goal could be adding labels to the edges describing what moves to do, but this might get weird; will need to think more about how best to do this without introducing weirdness
