Add Individual Season Posters #103

Download each season's poster, if only one is found set for all, but if 
different posters are available for each season download them all

Hi,

I am working on this change now. Specifically to download them in XBMC  - Frodo 
format. It is in 'alpha' testing right now. ie it works happily on my machine, 
but need people to test it. Further the change downloads season specific jpgs 
as well.
