1024x600 resolution netbooks, cannot add #76

The add dialog gets cut off at 1024x600 pixels, no keyboard shortcuts
appear to work to save the added show.  When growing the dialog to full
screen, none of the fields move, the dialog gets bigger but the fields
don't change size or move.

It seems there is no way to use this application on netbooks or small
resolution notebooks.

Grab the new version (v2.1.0b1) from the downloads page.

I've rearranged the Add/Edit shows dialog, splitting it across two tabs.  It 
should 
hopefully fit on your screen now.  There will be a few other dialogs that might 
still 
have size issues.  Let me know if you find any, and I'll sort them out.
