Add Edit context-menu option to My Shows tree #78

Please add an items for the "Edit" function to the context-menu on the My 
Shows tree frame.

For some reason I keep right-clicking to get to this function only to find 
that I have to go down to the bottom to get to Edit. Also this would be 
useful as the default action when a Season is double-clicked.

Added ability to edit show/season or delete show to the context menu of main UI 
tree.
