Patch to fix folder monitor check unhandled exception #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Folder Monitor on a network share that contains a folder without 
permissions (ie. System Volume Information).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Throws an unhanded exception

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JT branch 2.2.0b6

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached a slightly crude patch to fix the problem. Probably not the best 
way, but it works for me.
