Deploy coderd + code-server as a coder template on top of Equinix instead of vcluster.

Managed to get APIServer exposing via a HTTPProxy (from Contour). Kubeconfig continues to be an interesting challenge to propagate into the code-server container. Managed to deploy Talos to Equinix Metal with Cluster-API (again, after a year) and just having some issues with VIP
