Add `pair-ssh-instance` instructions to instance page

Currently connecting to an instance provides the following options

• tmate web
• tmate ssh
• kubectl ... attach
• just a kubeconfig and do what ya want

The way that ii connects is through pair-ssh-instance. This is the way that I would recommend, since it provides SSH agent access.
