Add `pair-ssh-instance` to instance page #156

We should discuss, separate from this PR, whether we want to ultimately only offer the pair-ssh-instance, and lose the tmate command. pair-ssh-instance is much cleaner, and fits nicely with the pair tooling.

This is a good discussion point. I've opened a ticket https://github.com/sharingio/pair/issues/159
