when submitting entry, occasionally gives strange response (see image) #644

Sometimes when I add an entry, I get the attached response "Booe Boor ..."

The entry DOES save... so it's not an error code for that. However, I don't see the entry show up on that screen in the list, as others do. This happened for an entry without image, so it's not related to that...

Would this impact us after the react transition? If so, we still need to fix.
