Users cannot delete own entry by default

When logged in as regular user (no role) on a Space, and I go to delete, I am told " Error: You are not allowed to delete this entry."

Can you please change so default user (if no role) CAN delete their own entries?

OR will it not be relevant after transition to the react template?
