Issue with sharing.space (wordpress) hosting environments #657

I have uncovered 2 problems when working with the wordpress site..

First, when I go to update to Wordpress 5, it says "The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-admin/includes/update-core.php Installation Failed "

Second, when I go to upload a plugin, I get "413 Request Entity Too Large nginx". It is 1.3mb. Can you make this size allowed bigger?

Can you share the username and password of wordpress ?
