Markdown Tables aren't highlighted #1752

Syntax: Markdown Tables Tables are not highlighted in Markdown. I'm not sure if this issue should have syntax-request label or not, but syntax-request seemed more relevant to this issue. The content doesn't matter here, it's just a piece a table converted to markdown from the book, The C Programming Language by Brian Kernighan and Dennis Ritchie. We can see that the markdown table's borders and the actual content is not differentiated. So, highlighting the borders in a different color will make it look better.

The Monokai Extended color scheme we are using doesn't assign a color to punctuation.separator.table-cell or punctuation.section.table-header scopes. We can update our patch file to fix this.
