NullPointerException on Cypal Studio 2.0 #130

I'm trying to launch a gwt 1.6 project with Cypal 2.0
It does not work : i've got the following error : 
An internal error occurred during: "Launching Octopus".
java.lang.NullPointerException

I've got eclipse ganymede(3.4.2) & jdk 1.5
and i use cypal 2.0 alpha on windows XP SP3

I have the same problem for Eclipse Europa (3.3.0)
jre 1.6.07
Windows XP SP2
Cypal 2
gwt 1.6.2
