Fetaure request: i18n support #77

There should easy to use support for i18n properties files in Cypal Studio.
* new wizard for creation
* automatical rebuild of intefaces

New wizard could reuse standard i18n creator but it should automatically
add inherits tag into module file.
Automatic rebuild could be done using eclipse builders.

Yup. I've been thinking about this. Will be for 2.0 along with JUnit support

Actually now I start working on project internalization and I think automatic 
i18n
file generation is good feature. It's could simplify my work. When you plane 
finish
this feature? may be I can help you with implementation?

    I don't have any solid plans to implement them right now. If you prefer you can
always add the feature and submit a patch. Will be happy to accept it
