Context specific project selection on Remote service wizard #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just create couple of GWT cypal stdio projects
2. Add a remote service in the last project 
3. The wizard automatically selects the top most as default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The wizard needs to pick the project based on the current context.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS 10.5, GWT gwt-mac_10.5-0.0.2030, cypal stdio 1.0.0.2008051322

Fixed with revision# 90.

Should appear in next RC
