Web based installation script. It should dynamically create .htaccess and
config.php file.

I can work on this if you want. 

There are a couple of things we'd want to take into consideration though. 

The .htaccess is pretty straightforward, but with the config I think we'd want 
to
fetch some sort of base config from the repo or include it with the package, 
and then
prompt the user with a form to modify it as opposed to having the config 
fields/opts
hard coded in the install script.

Installation Script has been finished, and is going through early alpha testing 
amongst developers. Expect it to be released within the next day or two.
