Can't Find ost-api file #5

Hi Sharmaghanshyam,

I am trying to use your apis on my osTicket version v1.16.2 and php 8.0. firstly I am unable to find ost-api file in my wwwroot folder. Please let me know where to find it or if incase I need to download this file that you have provided, then where should I place it?

I want to create tickets, get status of tickets, reply them, change status, and add users/agents through your api. please let me know if it is possible with the current version of osTicket that I am using?
