do not have a heading. Wtf james, is this by design?

This is due to the random latex theme selection. Some themes include titles and other don't. It is not specific to frameleft.txt or frameright.txt.

We can change this by reducing the possible themes list in latex.py, but Nick and I initially wanted a large theme list for variety.
