blocked by cloudflare #82

this browser is blocked by cloudflare. i was using it for site testing and one of my site has cloudflare active and suddenly cloudflare is blocking browser from accessing it. It keep showing that CF captcha page and not allowing to access the main page. So, i think it time to update.

issue is not related to browser, its something with cefsharp which is fixed now.
