Reference dependencies on main repository unfriendly for newbies #39

I wanted to check out the samples, but only later found out I need to have the main repository of SharpDX in a directory above. For newbies like me that is a big hurdle, especially due to the dependency on an old/specific Visual Studio version to build the main library.

It would be nice to have dependencies on Nuget packages, although I realise this would be less than ideal during development.

Nevermind, just found the comment about the release zip file.. :-)
