DocumentationCache.xml? #1033

When I build the latest SharpDX from sources, it seems the file Source\DocumentationCache.xml is changed (only the EOLs are actually changed).

Is this a file that must be included in the repository?

If so, what would cause the line-endings to change when just building from source?
