Support clasp #110

This is enough so that the demos from (xlib-demo/demos:demo) work fine. Also the demos for mcclim worked fine .

REgression tested with clozure-common-lisp

thanks! looks good – my remarks were strictly related to style and conventions in the code.

sorry for a wait and for a breaking change. please reapply your changes on top of current master which has been reset for before changes of how we create classes. I'm closing this PR until the new one is created.
