SHARPpy looks funky on Windows #21

Here is the most recent Windows screenshot showing SHARPpy with Kelton's changes to the GUI uploaded on December 1st, 2014. Looks like there are some positive changes with the thermo window, but more spacing is needed.

While the recent change doesn't affect the text crowding on the Windows edition, the recent change made a substantial improvement with respect to the text resizing. The text is significantly easier to read on my laptop version (Mac OS X Mavericks) and changing the size of the window is more user-friendly.

I've updated how the text is spaced to also be relative in addition to the text resizing. Also, the other insets have been updated to behave in this way as well. Have not bee able to test Windows yet.

@tsupinie has made some updates to the GUI in terms of making sure that the text within the insets isn't overlapping anymore. Not sure when this part will be updated.

Closing this issue for the time being. Will upload an image of the fix implemented by @tsupinie in the AM.
