This submission contains changes to the fire weather functionality of SHARPpy including:

improved stability of winds.max_winds
implementation of the boundary layer max winds in the Fire Weather Inset.
fixes to the coloring of the Fosberg FWI in the Fire Weather Inset
additional indices in the Parcel object (Bmin) inspired by the Trier et al. 2014 Part 1,2 papers.
