Ensemble Functionality #66

Here are some things we need to fix/add for the ensemble functions:

1.) Show the active ensemble member in the title in the GUI. 2.) Enable swapping of the active profile being displayed in the GUI. 3.) Enable the parcel trace drawing when the parcel selection is changed. (bug) 4.) Change the color of the lines representing the other members back to the red/green and make them thinner. The active profile should be the thickest. 5.) Disable the option to view a SARS match when the user is viewing an ensemble.
