Is there a fix for this or does tut.by not exist anymore?

Error while checking tutby: Cannot connect to host profile.tut.by:443 ssl:default [nodename nor servname provided, or not known]

Well, regarding Wikipedia, "On June 14, 2022, TUT BY Media company that issued TUT.by was declared extremist by Minsk Economic Court. The court ordered to dissolve the company, prohibited all operations in Belarus and banned using its logos and symbols.".

It looks like we can remove it from mailcat.
