IE8 not working #42

I try to use this upclick on Firefox 23.0.1 and it work's fine.
I try to use this upclick on Google Chrome 29.0.1547.76 m and it work's fine.

When i try to use this upclick on Internet Explorer 8, don't works.
When i click element upclicked, dir browser don't show to me.

Finally i have to use the jquery upclick version:
http://code.google.com/p/ocupload
and it works in IE too.
