Blinking menu item assigned with upclick to upload a file on click #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a menu with any 3rd party library
2. Assign a manu item to upload a file with upclick
3. If the menu has a focus handler changing forecolor, it will blink 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No blinking

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Window 7, Chrome 30.0.1599.101 m

Please provide any additional information below.
I was using a jqxMenu item with uplclick

Can you attach bugged html?
Where script called and jqxMenu. 

Or give bugged webpage URL.
