Table > Create Form - Set Form and table defaults #53

When creating a form from a table the following needs to happen

  1. On the Form being created, set the Title data source and data source to be the table / main data source
  2. On the Table set the FormRef to be the FormName. This is done in good faith that a menu item will be created with the same name as the form
