How can the time wastage in mike circulation be avoided? #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.People lose patience while waiting for the mike.

Also, questions/doubts are constantly being asked from the audience.

Managing the database and prioritizing/classifying the questions(in real-time) 
simultaneously and regularly might not be easy to perform.

In our case mike will not be circulated. People will be asked to sms their 
questions to our server and then we'll arrange them in a order according to 
maximum priority.
