mysqld fails to start in ssm runtime container

mysqld somehow fails to start in the ssm runtime container in a clean install, the direct cause summarized into 2 causes:

mysql.user and mysql.db tables got corrupted
innodb_page_size settings got comment out and it differs with the initial value (64K)
