Going to the web interface and deleting the node from the inventory from there, also doesn't fully delete it. The mysql:queries service remains, even after waiting a few hours for various purging to complete.
Both ssm-admin uninstall and deleting the node via the web interface should fully and permanently delete the node from the server..
