Add max disk space usage across across all file systems to main landing page #237

Add a graph column to the landing page showing the maxiimum disk space usage of any mounted file system. This should be between Disk Writes and Network IO columns, and should link to the OS -> Disk Space dashboard.

Warning threshold (yellow):80 % Red threshold: 90%

This should exclude:

/
/boot
/boot/efi
/dev
/proc
/sys
