Remove MVN specific files from gson.jar #311

During the release, the follow files get included in the compiled class jar.

assembly-descriptor.xml
META-INF/maven/com.google.code.gson/gson/pom.xml
META-INF/maven/com.google.code.gson/gson/pom.properties

Fixed this from Maven generated jars in r811
