Decide on MVP features #7

Story

As a project manager and developer, I need to have a clear scope of the project in order to best understand what is considered MVP (minimum viable product) and what are features outside that scope.

Details

This will drive the rest of #8 epic, so this is definitely the first item that needs to be done.

Acceptance Criteria

A clear list of user stories that spell out exactly what type of features will be available for all user types. The result of this issue being closed will be a new issue with clear acceptance criteria spelling out the MVP.

Stories (FCC Style) "Users are able to view projects and Profiles" "Users are able to login and register" "Users can indicate their own skill level" "Users can be suggested issues based on their skill level and preferred technologies"

Stories

MVP

A user is able to view a list of projects posted to the site
A user is able to post a project to the site
A user is able to contact another user without leaving the app (messages)
A user is able to login/register with google plus, github, or their own email/password

Future (Stretch)

A user can filter the list of projects based on the type of project they are looking for, in addition, the type of skills they have.
A project owner can expose their project to only those that have X skill.
