Bot currently treats all openhatch_X accounts the same #50

The rules to remember slightly different names (see https://github.com/shaunagm/WelcomeBot/pull/29/files) are great but we need an exception for openhatch_####. These are folks coming in via freenode webchat and are actually the people who most need WelcomeBot.
