People aren't showing in people tracker #181

There are 18 people taking this action, but none of them are showing. This may be a database issue, since it works for me locally.

@presleyp, have you made any changes recently that could be related to this?

I don't think so! I'm working through testing all the privacy stuff so I'll look into this.

@shaunagm Weird, all the tracking I tested looked good but I still see this bug. Could this be because the action is finished?

Do you see it on stage/local, or just production? Because develop is ahead of master/production.
