Closed & re-opened deadlines don't show trackers, despite still having them #291

This action has 22 trackers, but they don't display on the site: https://actionrising.com/actions/action/read-indivisible-a-practical-guide-for-resist/ (You can verify that the connections still exist by looking in the list of actions

This action has 3 trackers, but they do display: https://actionrising.com/actions/action/phonebank-for-rob-quist/

The main difference between the two actions is that the one with the missing trackers has been closed & reopened.

I don't know how we keep missing these.
